Seriously ppl. is not that people are narrow minded nor artists are snobs.. there are reasons why art is a major in education insititues and an accepted qualification in the society, and there are reasons why a person is named the curator for an exhibtion and why certain programmes and exbihition are invited to be show in museums, galleries and art spaces. And there are standards.. rather it is one that is set by insititutions or individuals.. and when things aren't living up to these standards, dont blame on others for not understandings.. go home and talk to the wall!

as much as i feel offended, let's be civilized and mature, there's no point arguing and name calling when mentality aren't at same level.. think i'll save my strength for the more meaningful and creative activities in life... i thought there aren't stupid ppl in the art circle, just crazy ppl.. so wrong..

a historical biennale tour

Don't get me wrong, i think the biennale is great considering the amount of affords vs the amount of time. yet i am not necessary convince it was placed in a right space. sure the old police station and prision added another layer of context to the whole festival/biennale, yet i ask myself rather it really appropiates wat the biennale should/want to express. Having works placed in individual cells of old prisions, and with space of such strong historical and iconical identity, i wonder if all together give the correct impact to audiences, including myself. I wonder if such form and contents together deliever an appropriate story of urbanism and of architecture.

and besides. i am really not a big fan of historical site.. i do find it interesting and all, but it goes against my believe to adores the olds. :P

honestly. xmas is not my thing, thou it never really hurt to make it a reason for partying, buying gifts for friends and one the way pick up a thing or two for myself :P, make time for family....

Family diner was great. i wish i had the habit of visiting them more often.. especially grandma and family back in canada. it's been 10 years i left..i definitely need to make a trip back soon.

Hotpot at rooftop.. bad idea but fun, at the end of the day, as long as i am not the one washing dishes. :P the moon was super round and shinny. is the 15th of moon calendar xmas eve.. how romantic.

Kareoke... somehow i don't find the idea of keep a bunch of friends in a tiny room watching MTV and following lines of text singing a way to celerbate hoilday.. don't get me wrong. i love kareoke, but not on Xmas.

Dance Party... is kinda fun, is nice diving into music and getting lost in the crowds and beats, i totally need to get my head off things everynow and then...especially this xmas...

Xmas diner at the peak... i wish it could've been warmer, but none the less a nice and enjoyable nite, hadn't been to the peak for ages, the last time i had diner at the peak must been at least 4-5 years ago, it looked lots different.

Afterschool... another long hadn't been hangout, it felt kinda different, but i guess is the friends thatz count.

so i was saying, xmas is not my thing...but merry xmas and happy 2008! i'll try harder next year...

i was sitting up in ferris wheel with Leo, and suddenly it stopped, i was stranded at the top of the damn wheel while looking at other passengers, one by one fell off their sits from the swinging carts that went almost upside down. I finally climbed out of the cart which i sat as i watched Leo falling off too with the others... ...

o..i'm picking up more gameboys tomorrow. :)

上年9月至今遺失手機三部
昨日遺失的新手機一部．．只供了四個月．．．
係我唔愛惜手機,還是手機唔愛惜我呢！　:(
老實說，人地又係放係褲袋我又係放係褲袋，人地放係袋我又係放係袋，咁手機係都要唔見我都唔想...唔見左手機我都唔開心，但係諗起身邊的人d語氣...佢地未講我已經諗到唔開心．．．個個興高采烈喋喋不休討論我有幾"呢ferr",，成日唔記得呢樣個樣，做事唔認真．．．唉．．．好悶．．．好似最無用係我咁(雖然我並不這樣認為)．

我係個無時間觀念(我有,不過無準時觀念，工作已經要限時限刻，和朋友見面隨意點不可以嗎．．．調轉朋友突然打黎放飛機，我記都唔記得，是但啦．．．突然想做其他野，突然想訓教，咩都好啦，做朋友做得舒服咪得啦，唔出黎可以自己再找事情做)；無手尾(其實我唔覺我特別無手尾..係無時間執手尾...有時可以拒絕的事情答應了，只好用緊有的時間做好，做不好的唔係唔想出聲，只係通常找到我都已經代表無其他辦法．．．咁咪一路做一路比人埋怨囉．．．有時覺得如果我一口便拒絕會舒服很多，不過鬼叫我永遠都係最無時間觀念個位．．所以一定係我錯．．．)；時間唔識分配(我都想做好啲..其實以前好多時間..個腦同個人都好得閒..可能我應該放棄做某此事情.對自己好啲...)

發覺近日腦袋撥了RAM儲存電視劇情．．好驚．．今日早上還想起鄭少秋李司棋流氓皇帝合唱歌．．．好鬼驚

溏家的角色設計很有趣，大都是浮游於好和"娘"之間，多一點就over左，師奶和OL會"miu".我感觸是因為劇情另我想起自己小時從家人學習到／學習不到的．

然後這兩天看李司棋頓感憂愁．．因為想起年紀老邁的婆婆，很掛念．．．

也想起小時看李演無雙譜中的鯉魚精．．只記得是好靚的妖精（記得小時認定了中式美人魚就是這樣）．．．李司棋老了，我也是．

再想起甘國亮的劇集題材好有味道（當然是大了才覺），覺得電視退步了（或我不再是他們的target market..因為我窮！？因為我是single?或是因為我根本不應該有時間看電視..Ooops!)，現在有點教育電視feel和政治不正確．對不起，我中文不好，也不懂正／食字，但還是覺得此類型電視節目應屬於中小學教育電視部呢:P

And speaking of performance, "This is America" was performed at Central Museum Utrecht Nov last year, organized by Snowcrash, super awesome guys! thou i have to say, it feels kinda strange streaming video from my studio 4am in the morning.. quiet and alone.. not sure wat was happening on the other side of the globe. :P

And thanks Alice the Hot Flying chick for pushing and collabrating till the last minute at such difficult time :P... hope i haven't scare you away for future works together. love u babe.

早前跟朋友說起朋友，今天也跟另一位朋友說起關於朋友，想起從來都覺得自己幸運,因為身邊總不乏傾心事或談天說地的．老實說，我也很清楚跟我交朋友需要的包容能力，所以當朋友選擇不再當朋友或選當其他，選擇不經意地或激動地，大到最後某年某月，想起時還是覺得感激的．

我想朋友跟親人或戀人一樣，都是時間人物地點的緣份，人和人沒有更親密或變得陌生都是因為認識深了，所以選擇不同方式或關係．付出了的反正沒有什麼值不值得，我倒覺得付出過的都是有意思的．貓貓說我這兩年變了，我想大慨是因為時間人物地點都好像天旋地轉．．走．．溜走．．留著的都好像很快．反過來倒覺得之前走得慢了，沒有讓自己醒起來看清楚什麼似的．

其實這頁什麼什麼是沒什麼特別要說的，只是因為時間很早（5:00am)，地點汕頭（仍然不太清楚汕尾在我的前還是後），人物只有自己（和一堆工作）．．．wahhhhhh...好忙呀～～～

今天逃出了灣仔銅鑼灣..多謝貓貓拉我去看了Jamsen Law的「識田上的事」和 History as a Mirror, 雖然”山寨式放映”聲音有點美中不足，但作品一點也不另人失望．．．很久沒有對實驗錄像有強烈感覺了．．．

老實說．．創作的腦袋已閉塞了好一段日子，對錄像及新媒體的作品也有點盲目，但如貓貓說，再盲目，坐下來看或創作，都還是喜歡呢！．．只是好像做gym或起床一樣，動身真的很懶啊．．:P

幾星期前看了盛夏光年的dvd，感覺另我想起早年前的藍色大門，和年輕時看的美國電影Threesome．都是同性＋異性的青春三角愛情電影．前兩者節奏較慢，但情感表達較細緻，後者則較美式大路喜劇，笑中有淚．記得早二三年前也曾忽發奇想要拍一套愛情短片，最後想了很多版本，不是覺得劇情太白便是太做作．．給了自己萬個借口後胎死腹中．總希望在未完全忘記什麼是青春之前，能為年輕的情感作個記錄吧．

楊淇是我近年來十分喜愛的女演員．張睿家外型也十分配合角色，較喜歡電影後段的編排和斬釘截鐵的結局．對台式電影和導演不太熟悉，但欣賞其有點Offbeat的感覺．
